If you sold cryptocurrencies, you should have received Form 1099-K to report the gross sales amounts.  Your cryptocurrency account should provide you with a record of your purchases and sales of cryptocurrency for the year.  If this information is available in electronic format, please provide us with a copy.  You can also use the Excel spreadsheet document we have created to put together a record of your buys and sells for the year. Pacific Northwest Tax Service also has a CPA on staff.
